Christina and Roger set up their company in response to the demands of both owners and renters to provide a one-stop service for all the requirements of property management.
Ceear deals with both luxury and economy properties, looking after all matters concerning the property’s upkeep, i.e. pool care, lawn care, housekeeping and maintenance, etc. Christina and Roger have had a home in Florida for 13 years and therefore are fully experienced in the property management and rentals market.
We will deal with the booking procedures from start to finish. The rental market in Florida is very competitive; we do however seek to obtain the best prices for location and house facilities.
