Activities/Attractions: Dullstroom is one of the highest towns in South Africa. It has a sub-alpine climate, and is well known for its cool, often misty atmosphere, lending it an air of the Scottish Highlands. The local building style of pointed-stone and wooden log homes, along with the many pubs, restaurants, lodges and quaint village shops have made this one of the most appealing tourist destinations in Mpumalanga.
The mountains invite guests to go wandering along walking trails on which one can expect to find a variety of small game, numerous species of birds and an abundance of wild flowers and plants. Guests can participate in organised sport activities such as:

- horse riding
With its moderate climate, crisp mountain air, and scenic beauty, Dullstroom lends itself perfectly to trout fishing. A permanent flowing Witpoort river (sub of Steelpoort) runs through the property and feeds 5 large dams stocked with rainbow and brown trout.

Tent Chalets provide the more adventurous guests the opportunity to live in luxury game-style chalets. The chalets are surrounded by trees and provide a very scenic view overlooking one of the dams. The chalet’s sleep four comfortably.
