Activities/Attractions: The Powell River Region is located on the Sunshine Coast of the British Columbia mainland 135 km (88 miles) Northwest of Vancouver. The region services include:

Miles of hiking trails lead to beautiful lookouts, waterfalls and peaceful lakes which can be viewed along the 180 km Sunshine Coast Trail and numerous recreational areas can be reached by logging roads. Powell River is known as the "Hot Spot" for winter diving in North America.

Canoeing may also be enjoyed on the quiet lakes of Powell River or you can take in the Powell Forest Canoe Route Circuit. Ocean canoeing and kayaking is very popular in Jervis Inlet, the Copeland Islands Marine Park, the Malaspina Inlet, Okeover Arm, and Desolation Sound Marine Park.

For all nature lovers and sightseers, Powell River has many parks, view points and beaches to explore, and the hiking club will help you take advantage of the many beautiful trails. Bird watching is also unprecedented. Our resident eagles are our main attraction. We also have a salmon run from September through to November.

General Information: Welcome to Seabreeze Resort ... for people who like to spend their time in a relaxed, leisurely atmosphere with plenty of room away from the rush of everyday life. Many guests return annually to enjoy our little paradise. They sunbathe, swim and beach comb on this beautiful sandy beach or hike on scenic trails to any of the nearby lakes. At night gather around our beach fire.

Our six cottages and four condos are located overlooking Malaspina Straights while our large shady camping and R.V. sites are minutes walk from the beach. We have clean washrooms, coin operated showers, laundromat, public telephone, fire pits, campers kitchen, and horseshoe pit all on site.
