"The facilities are excellent and the people were very friendly and accommodating. The location was great! Right next door to the Table Top park and I walked to the mountain. The views from the location were stunning - table top to the back - 1 km away and downtown to the front - 2km. I was able to walk everywhere and there a really good restaurant (Yum) nearby. This was my first visit to Cape Town and they told me where to go and what to look at. I would definitely recommend this place."

"Our stay at Eagle's Nest was wonderful, from the warm welcome we received from Axel ( the owner ) when we arrived very late at night to the moment we left, after a week's stay. Our bedroom, which was very spacious, had views over the city bowl and out to Robben Eiland. We both slept well every night in the very comfortable beds, and there was no noise from inside or outside the house. Breakfast, in their dining room with the spectacular views of the city, Lion's Head and of course Table Mountain was exactly what was needed to set us up for a long day of sightseeing. Axel was always available during breakfast and for a time afterwards to answer our questions and to give us general, and specific advice. He was a most helpful and friendly host and we would recommend Eagle's Nest to anyone visiting Cape Town."
