... a charming Spanish Mediterranean style accommodations and the
only Bed and Breakfast located on Fort Lauderdale Beach, the
"Venice of America", where you can enjoy the sub-tropical
climate, ocean, beach, sun and fun! La Casa Del Mar is
situated in a charming, two-story Mediterranean villa, built early
in this century by the famous architect William Vaughn for the
Francis Colter family who resided there until it became a small
hotel in the 1950's.
This gay and lesbian guest house features a swimming pool,
rooms with their own artistic character, landscaped grounds,
wireless DSL in every room and a friendly, helpful staff. Our 13
theme rooms, are splendid, with private baths. Each is decorated in
a motif inspired by an artist (such as Monet, Kandinsky, Picasso
and Dali), or music like our Jazz room.
