General Information: Welcome to Anna Maria Island Cottages ... built circa 1940 and lived in by the original owner, provides spacious family rooms and a large eat-in kitchen. The cottage has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with ensuite Jacuzzi tub. Outdoor living is provided with a private patio and a private deck. Anna Maria Beach Cottages are ideally set up for family reunions and group gatherings.

registered guests use only

- The Unit has one park space, please call to arrange parking for
additional vehicles
- A full set of linens are provided. Beach towels are not provided
for our guests. We can clean your cottage & provide clean
linens during your stay for a small charge
- We reserve the right to levy a cleaning charge at the end of a
stay if required
The heart of pine floor and cedar walls of this original Beach Cottage have been fully restored. Cable, VCR central air-conditioning and heat provide a comfortable environment in a capacious family sized sitting room. The original fireplace has been retained with a working gas log fire for winter evenings.
The Master Bedroom leads to the ensuite Jacuzzi tub bathroom
with a door to a private deck. The second bedroom has been
faithfully restored retaining the antique furniture.
The live-in kitchen provides quality cabinets, new appliances
and all the comforts of home. An antique pine table and
six chairs complete the furnishings.
