Springwood is flanked on the west by the expressway to the Gold Coast and Daisy Hill State Forest to the east. Rated as Queensland’s most popular state forest, Daisy Hill’s 435ha of open, eucalypt bushland is honeycombed with horse-riding and mountain bike trails, walking tracks and a picnic reserve. Managed by the Queensland Government's Department of Natural Resources, the forest park is rich in native flora and fauna and supports a large koala population.

The first floor is open plan with bedroom and living area overlooking the forest and swimming pool. The ground floor comprises a bathroom and dining area which opens onto a terracotta patio and swimming pool. A short walk takes you into Daisy Hill forest and the Koala Centre. The property is close to the restaurants and coffee shops of Springwood.
