Activities/Attractions: Whitehorse, the capital of the Yukon, and home to some of the most spectacular scenery in Canada is named by some "the Wilderness City" and is nestled on the banks of the famous Yukon River surrounded by mountains and clear mountain lakes. Gold is still being mined in the Klondike Valley, but the journey to the goldfields can now be made in comfort. From Whitehorse, it is an easy day trip along the scenic North Klondike Highway.

Fox Creek Wilderness B&B has one of the best locations to view the Northern Lights. Located away from city lights and air pollution, the large expanse of property and surrounding wilderness makes for the clearest and unobstructed of views. No need to travel by vehicle, just pray for good weather! grab a hot drink, walk out the door and enjoy the Dancing Spectacle. The intensity of the Aurora Borealis varies depending on the situation. Generally speaking, the best period is Spring or Fall, peak times being from the beginning of September to the end of April.

General Information: Welcome to Fox Creek Wilderness Bed and Breakfast ... situated 52 km north of Whitehorse, Yukon, along the historic North Klondike Highway. Fox Creek Wilderness Bed and Breakfast is a property of 160 acres with a spacious log house built on a hillside, in the midst of wilderness. It has views of historic Lake Laberge and surrounding mountains. During the Winter, it affords 360 degree views of the magical Aurora Borealis.

We are sure you will encounter, in Joe and Linda, the warmest of hosts, excellent food and comfort in this completely comfortable wilderness setting. Fox Creek Wilderness is truly a "magical place" where you can experience the wilderness in modern comfort. This lodge-like building has an all around warm feeling. All of our Guest Rooms offer:
