Activities/Attractions: A small peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town on the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey, Kalkan has not been touched by mass tourism.  More sophisticated than the usual resort town, Kalkan appeals to travelers looking for more than a "sun and sea" holiday ... attracting the kind of visitor who would also enjoy Tuscany or the Dordogne.

Kalkan has developed into a sophisticated resort and is picture postcard pretty. The narrow cobbled streets twist down to the harbour. Having grown from a sleepy fishing village, it is now a town with a stylish marina where you can enjoy a meal whilst watching the world go by.

General Information: Welcome to Villa Watercolours ... a stunning accommodation, sleeping up to 8 guests, with private pool to rent in fabulous Kalkan, Turkey offering 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms with amazing views across Kalkan Bay. Turkey has been described as one of the last corners of paradise and it's easy to see why.

Our villa is situated in Kalkan in an enviable position just 50 metres from the ocean where you will find a great choice of water sports on offer.

• Each of the bedrooms on the first floor are air conditioned and one of the twin rooms has an en suite. Both have french doors leading to terraces with views to die for
  
• The master bedroom has a superking size bed and an en suite with vanity unit, W.C., jacuzzi and bath/shower. There is a huge wonderful terrace, with a magnificent 360 degree view of Kalkan Bay
  
• The family bathroom has a vanity unit, W.C., bath/shower and is on the first floor level where there is a bathroom for each of the bedrooms
  
• The air conditioned living area on the ground floor is light and airy with marbled tiled floor and light coloured furniture, satellite TV and DVD player
  
• There are two outside dining areas as well as a beautifully appointed kitchen which includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, built in Siemens espresso/cappuccino coffee machine, built in Bosch microwave combination oven, hob, blender, kettle, toaster and iron etc.
  
• A separate utility room is located on the first floor with large washing machine and dryer
  
• On the ground floor level you will find an air conditioned dining room, with a bathroom located on the left
  
• A further bathroom with shower, vanity basin and W.C. is located in the hallway of the ground floor
  
• The villa has a 32 sq metre swimming pool, with sun loungers and parasols
  
• On the terrace there is a dining area and built in barbecue

• There are uninterrupted views right down to the water and it is only a 10 minute walk to the Old Town

The above prices include: electricity, gas and water, maintenance of pool, linen change and maid service once a week, welcome pack on your arrival consisting of red and white wine, soft drinks, water, bread, milk, cheese, butter, crisps, eggs and mosquito spray.
