General Information: Welcome to Bedlam Bed and Breakfast in Fountain Hills, Arizona ... just minutes from Scottsdale and Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix. We are nestled high on a hillside acre, our 5,000 square foot southwest territorial home adjoins miles of virgin desert with a horizon full of spectacular views of many mountain ranges. These include the Mazatzals to the north, the 7000 foot high Four Peaks to the east, and the Superstition Mountains to the south as well as close up views of the Sonoran desert with all the abundant wildlife.

One of the likely reasons you have chosen to stay at Bedlam is that you are looking for something other than a traditional hotel. We promise you won't be disappointed in your decision to do so. We have always loved antiques, collectables and heirlooms, so we wanted a home that was casual and warm, with a lived-in antique shop flare.

All of our rooms have a complete private bath, television and telephone, are non-smoking with a high-speed wireless internet connection. Each of the rooms comes with a set of binoculars to help spot wildlife. Your choice of accommodation is:

• The Tumbleweed Room greets you with the sunrise from your king size wrought iron bed every morning. The plush couch is perfect for stretching out or curling up with your favorite book. The large armoire holds the TV and stocked refrigerator. The coffee pot on the antique library table waits to serve you when the mood arises
  
• The Coyote Room has five windows to capture the beauty of all the surrounding mountains, while the southwest decor invites you in. The King size headboard was made by us at the same time we created the cabinets and doors. You will enjoy the views from the porch swing just outside your door
  
• The Charming Rosewood Room affords early risers raspberry tinted silhouettes of the Four Peaks mountain range. The Queen Four Poster bed and period piece photos, pictures and a lamp made from an old tobacco humidor, complete with smoking pipes give the room it's cozy feel
  

• You will definitely wake up on the sunny side in The Sunrise Room! Both windows face east. One frames the Four Peaks Mountains. The other window captures the Superstition mountains including Red Rock, the Goldfields and Needle Rock. All these are the home of the Apache Thunder god and of the Legendary Lost Dutchman gold mine. The bright yellow walls create a warm, sunny feeling. A King size homemade Four Poster Log bed adds to the sunny, comfortable decor
