Activities/Attractions: Tyabb is located just 55 minutes from Melbourne and is situated perfectly to explore Western Port and the rest of the Victoria's Mornington Peninsula. Tyabb is known for its many antique shops - The largest, the Tyabb Packing House Antique Centre - is housed in an historic Cool Store building dating from the areas fruit growing past. The Tyabb Packing House Antique Centre reputedly has one of the largest retail antique collections under one roof in the southern hemisphere. There are six other quality antique shops in the Tyabb township.

Tyabb is also renowned because of the Tyabb airfield. The air field has brought many benefits to the residents of the little town. These include an Internationally recognised Airshow, much needed employment and money coming into the town.

Offering guests a tranquil and secluded cottage for a relaxing well earned break from the daily grind, you will indulge in delicious gourmet breakfasts and your choice of packages, picnics, evening meals & massages.

Just imagine your very own luxury 4.5 star boutique country cottage. Willow Cottage at Olivers Creek Retreat is nestled under a magnificent curly willow tree amongst gorgeous cottage gardens, with views of Western Port Bay, Olivers Creek Bushland Reserve and lush grazing pastures, where you are the only guests. Olivers Creek Retreat is off the beaten track, well away from the crowds of Port Philip Bay & considered by our guests to be the perfect place to stay, while still being only a short distance to all that both the Mornington Peninsula and Western Port region has to offer.

• Tastefully appointed furnishings and high quality decor and design
  
• All the luxuries you would expect whilst retaining its own warm, cosy individual character
  
• Your cottage is set away from the main residence - here you are promised a totally relaxed, indulgent and romantic stay with complete privacy assured at all times
  
• Only one couple (or two travelling together) can be accommodated at any one time so the property is exclusively yours during your stay
  
• Your cottage has a large queen size bedroom with clock radio, electric blankets, down doonas, dressing table, touch lamps and split system R/C air conditioning
  
• The separate luxury ensuite bathroom area has toilet, vanity basin and shower. Quality toiletries and towels are provided
  
• The wardrobe has ample hanging space and bathrobes for guest use. There is a luggage rack for your bags and a chest of drawers in the dressing room area
  
• Your lounge and dining room has a meals area with table and chairs, a 2 seater sofa and also a double sofa bed, TV/DVD, CD & VCR, AM FM stereo, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, microwave, toaster and sink
  
• All your requirements for a continental breakfast are provided in the cottage
  
• There are separate entrances to both the lounge and bedroom from the verandah, and an undercover carport with guest entry also
  
• The verandah overlooks the gardens where you can laze away the hours reading or just relaxing in your individual hammocks
  
• An acre of cottage gardens & rose beds surround Willow Cottage. The gardens are beautiful, cheerfully disordered and overflowing with flowers and shrubs that blend harmoniously
  

• The under cover private patio adjacent to the main residence is exclusively yours during your stay. Here you can enjoy a barbeque, soak in the spa, sit around the potbelly stove, sip some local wine, relax and unwind
  

Our Alpaca family are as much of a delight to us as they are to our guests. Having commenced breeding alpacas in 2000 and accepting after several years & 18 alpacas later that our acreage was just too small to be viable, we reduced our breeding herd in 2003 to keep just 5 alpacas - all boys who are cute, friendly, and very inquisitive.
