This vibrant region stretches from Cabarita Beach in New South Wales north to Beenleigh and beautiful South Stradbroke Island. Follow the roads inland from the sand and surf and a magical world unfolds. A world of lush rainforests, national parks, quaint villages, craft shops and spectacular views.
Wander through the Gold Coast hinterland for the day. Much of the hinterland area is National Park, allowing visitors to experience the natural beauty of the area first hand on one of the park’s many walking tracks. The tracks vary in difficulty and length - some tracks are only one kilometre, perfect for families with younger children experiencing the wonder of the rainforest for the first time.
A modern transport network links the hinterland and coastal areas with fantastic shopping centres, exciting entertainment parks, dining and nightlife. And a new rail service and motorway connect the Gold Coast with Queensland's capital, Brisbane.
Gold Coast Australia, is famous for it's beautiful long sandy surf & swim beaches. The Gold Coast beaches stretch in a sweeping line as far as the eye can see and then beyond. Our beaches are patrolled by world reknowned surf life savers, patrolling from dawn till dusk in hundreds of locations up and down the entire coast line. Just remember to swim between the red and yellow flags so they can keep a watchful eye on you should you get in trouble.

General Information: Welcome to Kintail Homestay Bed & Breakfast ... set amongst half an acre of beautiful landscaped gardens in Oxenford, 15 minutes from the golden shores of Surfers Paradise Beaches, Queensland and only 2 minutes to Movie World - the region enjoys a subtropical climate and an average of 300 days of sunshine a year. Your hosts, Gai & Roy, will ensure your stay with them is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Our home is 263²m in area, with a large outdoor undercover relaxation/entertainment area designed to cater for our guests. Outdoor facilities include a 10 metre (30 feet) long swimming pool, a heated spa pool, a snooker/pool table, dart board, a gas barbecue, a brickette kettle style barbecue, large out door dining table and chairs for dining outside during the beautiful sub tropical evenings. Our guests facilities include:
- a double and 2 twin single bedrooms (three rooms in total)

- a lounge
- their own shower and toilet
- guest also have tea and coffee making facilities
- their own fridge, microwave
