General Information: Welcome to Regal Palms Resort ... only 8 miles from Florida's Disney Attractions in Orlando and minutes from Souvenir Shopping Centers, 24-Hour Wal-Mart, Publix Super-Market plus numerous restaurants. For your comfort, this is not a Timeshare, Condo nor a Hotel Room, but a Private Townhouse in a "Four Star Resort " with private parking and situated in a prime location close to the pool, spa, fitness center, restaurant, bar and clubhouse.

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to make your vacation stay a comfortable stay at Regal Palms Resort. I am confident that everyone will have a great time. Please keep in mind that this town house is privately owned and I ask that every guest respect the town house as if it were there home away from home. These two-story "four star" gated Resort Townhouses with private driveway built in 2004 are fully furnished with:

• 4 bedrooms and 3½ baths with central air/heat
  

• King-Size Master Suite, Queen Size Suite and Two Twin Beds in Third and Fourth Bedroom
  

• Plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room
  

• A fully equipped gourmet kitchen and dining room
  

• Washer/dryer
  

• Large TVs and DVD player
  

• Playpen (Play yard) and High Chair included in townhouses with no rental cost to guest
  

• Take a splash in the enormous 2.5 acre Pool with Water-Slide, Lazy-River, Hot Tub and enjoy the play area with your kids
  

• While the kids play in the clubhouse game room you can take time to work out at the fitness center with a pool view
  

• The clubhouse is designed with a Restaurant/Bar and plenty of Plasma TVs to watch the games or shows
