Activities/Attractions: Nolan St. House is only 10 minutes by car from Cairns CBD and International airport. The attractive and friendly village of Edgehill and the famous Flecker Botanical Gardens are within walking distance.
Many of the city’s finest old timber houses grace these leafy suburbs.
The closest beaches are a little further north from Machan's Beach (10 minutes by car) to Palm Cove (30 minutes).
Cairns city (10 minutes) has an Esplanade with a huge saltwater lagoon swimming pool, which is conveniently surrounded by shops and restaurants. All the day boats visiting the Barrier Reef depart from the Marlin Marina which is adjacent to the lagoon.

This very comfortable house sits in a quiet street behind a small park of fragrant Frangipani trees. Entry is through the garage which leads on to a covered stone patio and small court-yard garden before entering the dining room and kitchen.
