There are no high-rise hotels, only four beach buggies and very little hype. Ideal for travellers seeking more than the usual clichés associated with the South Seas, each island has its unique qualities and offers the visitor a special experience.

General Information: Rarotonga Realty is the product of an idea set in motion in February 1999 to concentrate on a professional approach to real estate matters in Rarotonga and, to a lesser extent at this stage, the outer islands.

The service is offered to both buyers and sellers of property and businesses and aims to put the parties successfully together whereby both are satisfied with the settled transaction and Rarotonga Realty has a continuing business relationship with the parties in the future. Our company has developed a substantial portfolio of quality holiday rental houses which are featured on our website.

• All our holiday homes are completely equipped with towels & linen (supplied by commercial laundry) and cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc.
  
• On arrival MOST of our homes are supplied with a "Starter Pack" consisting of bread, butter, tea, coffee, milk,  etc, fruit bowl, purified water, soap and toilet paper
  
• Airport transfers are pre-arranged at NZ$15 per person each way. Children under 5 free. Children under 12 half price
  
• We can pre-arrange for a rental car or scooter to be available for your use while on Rarotonga. You will need to obtain a Cook Islands driver's license (cost NZ$15) upon arrival (from the police station during working hours)
  
• There is also a very reliable bus service
  
• Laundry: not all units have laundry facilities but a very reliable laundry and dry cleaning service is available in Avarua
  
• Phones are available for local calls in all units
  
• To have Internet or International toll calls access YOU have to open a temporary account with our local Telecom Cook Islands, located in Avarua, near the bus stop

We offer a discount for stays over 14 nights (10%), and over 21 nights by negotiation. Minimum stay 3 nights - shorter stays will attract a surcharge.
