Thirty miles off Cape Cod, this crescent-shaped island retains a quiet charm found in past days when whaling ships made this island haven their home. You'll find lots to explore on foot or by bicycle. Nantucket has been named a National Historic District and has architecturally changed little since the 17th century, as seaside cottages and old fashioned lamps still line its streets.

Nearly 40 percent of Nantucket is protected conservation land. Several areas and habitats, natural groups of plants and animals, are rare to this region and even the world.

General Information: Northern Exposure is a fully furnished 4 bedroom and 2½ bath house located near the Nantucket town center (0.9 of a mile from Main Street) on Lower Orange Street just beyond West Creek Road. This "New England upside-down house" (living areas up & bedrooms down stairs) features 1 king, 1 full and 2 twin bedrooms with the following amenities:

Daily rentals rates are available in the Fall, Winter and Spring with a three night minimum rental.

Bookings require an initial payment of 1/2 of total rental amount plus the refundable security deposit within 7 days of booking. (Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $400 minimum).
Remaining 1/2 of rent is due no less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
